Alpha® ASC-5CSM 5" Guide Rail Carriage Assembly
The Alpha® ASC-5CSM is the dedicated 5" Guide Rail Carriage Assembly for the ESC-125 Wet/Dry Stone Cutter. Mounted on the Alpha® Guide Rail System, the ASC-5CSM rides on a precision-machined track for smooth, straight, repeatable cuts on countertops, slabs and large-format porcelain — ideal for seamless countertop fabrication and on-site trim work.

- Clamp the Alpha® Guide Rail to the work piece using the supplied rail clamps; verify it is fully seated against the stone or slab edge.
- Mount the ASC-5CSM Carriage Assembly onto the Guide Rail track — it can be installed on either side of the rail to suit the cut direction.
- Attach the ESC-125 Wet/Dry Stone Cutter to the carriage following the ASC-5CSM manual; tighten all fasteners before powering up.
- Connect the water feed to the ESC-125 and confirm steady flow at the blade before starting the cut.
- Set blade depth, then push the carriage steadily along the rail — let the rail guide the cut, do not force the tool sideways.
- After cutting, rinse the carriage rollers and rail track; wipe dry to extend service life of the bearings and rail.

Which Alpha® tool fits the ASC-5CSM?
The ASC-5CSM is designed for the new ESC-125 5" Wet/Dry Stone Cutter only. For 6" tools (PSC-150), use the ASC-6CSM instead.
Can it be attached on either side of the guide rail?
Yes. The Carriage Assembly can be mounted on either side of the Guide Rail to suit your cut layout.
Can the system be used dry?
Yes. The Guide Rail / Carriage combination supports both wet and dry applications; the cast aluminum rail will not rust.
Does the ASC-5CSM include a guide rail?
No. Guide Rails (ASC-GR04 / ASC-GR07 / ASC-GR12) are sold separately or as the ASC-GRKIT bundle.
Will it fit non-Alpha cutters?
No. The Alpha® Guide Rail Carriage System is engineered for Alpha® machines only.
