Alpha Summit
Alpha® Summit Metal Bond wheels for radial arm wet polishers initiate the polishing process by grinding and honing the granite surface to make it smooth enough for polishing. These wheels effectively remove gang saw marks and prepare the surface for transition to finer polishing grits. Specially designed for the North American markets, this bond is perfect for fabricating countertops, tabletops, and smoothing the backsides of slabs. They are also highly effective for monument applications, including interior walls, sides, undersides, and tops.
The wheels are aggressive yet provide high-quality performance that is both long-lasting and consistent. For optimal results, we recommend using these wheels at a speed of 400 RPMs with medium to light pressure and a constant water flow. Available in three common sizes and four grits, the Alpha® Summit Metal Bond wheels are versatile enough to meet various application needs and are compatible with most common radial arm polishers.
