Aardwolf AVLP1-Pro Single Pad Vacuum Lifter — 551 lb Capacity

The Aardwolf AVLP1-Pro is a cordless single-pad vacuum lifter rated for 551 lb (250 kg) horizontal working loads. Built for stone fabricators, glass installers, and countertop crews moving slabs and finished tops, it operates on a 12V Bosch lithium-ion battery with no air hose or compressor required. An onboard vacuum reserve tank and audible low-vacuum alarm deliver added safety during transport.

  1. Charge the 12V battery fully and confirm the gauge zeros before each shift.
  2. Wipe the slab clean — remove dust, water, and stone slurry from the contact area.
  3. Center the pad on the slab and press down to seat the rubber seal.
  4. Switch on the pump and wait until the gauge reaches the green safe zone.
  5. Lift slowly with a crane, gantry, or forklift jib and keep the load below shoulder height.
  6. Always wear gloves, steel-toe boots, and a hard hat when handling slabs.

Suits granite, marble, quartzite, engineered quartz, porcelain slabs, and flat glass panels. Best on smooth, non-porous, clean surfaces. Not recommended for textured, leathered, or heavily honed finishes where the seal cannot fully engage.

Always wear appropriate PPE. Follow local safety regulations when using power tools or chemical products.
