We’re excited to introduce the latest in our lineup: the AIR-830 and AIR-850 Pneumatic Polishers. These new models are designed to make the polishing operation easier than ever, with two different maximum RPM options to cater to all fabricators looking to achieve the best possible polish and enhance their productivity and efficiency.

Key Features and Enhancements:

• Enhanced Motor: Equipped with a newly developed motor featuring a 5 Hybrid composite vane design, delivering more power and extended durability.
• Improved Visibility and Safety: Includes a new splash guard that blocks splashes while improving visibility, alongside a redesigned end case that enhances water and air control operations and minimizes breakage risk.
• Added Comfort and Convenience: Features a silicon boot for the gear head and a water quick coupler with a shut-off valve for ease of use.
• Robust Design: Comes with an enhanced spindle shaft and full-size wrenches for easy tool removal, ensuring robust operation and maintenance.
• Durable Hoses: Includes all-weather air and water hoses that are 15 feet long and rated for extreme temperatures from -40°F to +140°F.
• Speed Variations: The AIR-830 offers a maximum no-load RPM of 4,000, while the AIR-850 goes up to 5,500, allowing for flexibility based on user needs.
