Alpha® Wet/Dry Sanding/Polishing Kit (4")
The Alpha® Wet/Dry Sanding/Polishing Kit transforms a variable-speed angle grinder or Alpha 800 Series polisher into an eco-friendly 4" sanding and polishing tool for stone edge treatments. Choose the Wet kit to control dust by keeping the surface wet, or the Dry kit to connect a vacuum and pull dust away at the source. Both kits are engineered for fast disc changes and simple installation.

- Select the Wet kit for water-fed polishing or the Dry kit for vacuum-assisted dust collection.
- Mount the dust/splash guard on a compatible 4-1/2", 5", or 6" variable-speed grinder or Alpha 800 Series polisher.
- Install the inner flange, 4" backer pad, and lock nut using the included pin wrench.
- For Wet: connect water hose to the quick connector with shut-off valve and plug tool into the included GFCI.
- For Dry: connect the universal dust hose to a vacuum and verify suction at the dust port.
- Set grinder/polisher to a speed at or below 6,000 RPM before starting work.
- Use light, even pressure when sanding or polishing the stone edge.

No. Alpha offers the Wet System and the Dry System separately so each kit is optimized for its specific wet or dry application.
