Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with Dynamic Stone Tools Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Dynamic Stone Tools”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance

By placing an order you accept these terms. The client waives its own general purchasing terms. Any exception must be agreed in advance and in writing.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the affected order and notify you.

Payment

Invoices are payable immediately unless a different term is shown on the invoice or order. On overdue amounts, Dynamic Stone Tools Inc. may charge fixed interest of 2.5% of the outstanding sum. We may suspend further service without prior notice in the event of late payment, and amounts unpaid more than sixty (60) days past due may be referred for collection.

Title & risk

Title to goods passes to the buyer only upon full payment. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only; warranty repair is handled by the manufacturer’s authorized service center (see our Repair Policy). Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
