Shipping Policy

Processing Time

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) ship the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Custom, oversized, or freight items may require additional handling time (typically 1–3 business days) and will be confirmed by email.

Carriers & Transit

Standard ground shipments are dispatched via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion based on weight, destination, and service availability.

Heavy or oversized items ship via LTL freight; transit time is scheduled by the carrier and may include a delivery appointment.

Transit time is separate from processing time and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Freight quotes for very large or palletized orders may be confirmed by our team after the order is placed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your shipment on delivery. Report visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours.
