Aardwolf APAM Pneumatic Anchor Machine

Anchor Machines manufactured by Aardwolf Industries LLC featuring two models, pneumatic or electric grinders with a vacuum-powered base.  Used to cut T-slots in the back of vanity tops for the attachment of anchor bolts used in under-counter sinks or architectural facing systems.  Two separate vacuum zones on the base can be turned on or off, enabling the machine to be used near edges.

Aardwolf APAM Pneumatic Anchor Machine for T-Slot Cutting in Stone Vanity Tops

The Aardwolf APAM cuts T-slots into the back of stone vanity tops for attaching anchor bolts used with undermount sinks and architectural facing systems. A dual-zone vacuum base with independently switched zones locks the machine to the stone without clamping, including near slab edges. Industrial quick-couplers connect air and water lines for efficient wet cutting in production environments.

How to Use

• Connect compressed air and water lines using the industrial quick-couplers
• Position machine on the stone surface; activate both vacuum zones to lock it in place
• Near slab edges, switch off the outer vacuum zone and operate on the inner zone only
• Install a T diamond bit (6mm shank) into the pneumatic grinder and tighten securely
• Cut T-slots at marked anchor locations using steady forward pressure with water cooling
