How to Use

1. Verify the blade is rated for the machine RPM and the target material.
2. Mount the blade with the rotation arrow matching the spindle direction.
3. Ensure water lines deliver consistent flow to both faces of the blade.
4. Set the correct feed rate; let the blade self-feed without forcing.
5. Use sacrificial scoring passes for hard or brittle materials to prevent chipping.
6. After cutting, run a dressing stick if segments glaze, and store the blade flat.
